They are contractual terms between Moving Motorcycles and the Customer relating to the movement of the customers goods – they clearly set out the terms under which the two parties are conducting business including responsibilities.

They are the rules of the games detailing responsibilities and obligations. In effect they tie up all the contracts in the supply chain into one neat parcel between the forwarder and their customer.

If the goods are not insured minimum liability limits are set.
