Just recently this paid off for one of our customers. When we delivered their £35,000 bike, they spotted a problem. But they could use our Motorcycle Condition Report as evidence that the bike was damaged when it was handed over by the seller. They returned it and got a full refund.

We've also found the service suits dealers who need a bike delivered and another picked up in part-exchange. If any damage to the PX machine wasn't disclosed, then our report will provide evidence — so the dealer can renegotiate a more realistic price.

How it works

Before transporting a motorcycle, a full condition report is completed by our uniformed drivers.

Our forms are used to:

• Record all damages/marks and general condition of the motorcycle
• Confirm collection/delivery addresses, contact names and phone numbers
• Check any keys, documents and additional items or parts with the bike
• Record any special instructions

Photos are taken at our discretion.

Our forms are signed by the person at the collection address with a copy left as proof of collection. On arrival at destination, the person at the delivery address will check the motorcycle condition and sign the delivery note. A copy is left as proof of delivery and we retain a copy for our files.

Your motorcycle will be covered on our liability for loss or damage during transit.
